The hotel is ideal and clean with helpful and patient staff. Exceptional service from every single staff member. The location is nice, next to a bridge over the canal. The interior design is amazing.

The breakfast here is fresh and offers a variety including salmon and juices, the location is great being just 1 mile away from Cavill Mall.

The hotel is fairly clean. The staff at Reception are very friendly and extremely helpful. The building and rooms on level 3 are lovely. The breakfast selection is freshly prepared and above average. The meals at the restaurant are high quality, and the prices are far better than expected. The location is comfortable and ideal, just off the local shops and attractions.

The room is good priced. Extremely helpful staff at Reception and service at the bar and ideal location make it a great choice! There's Gmc Diner offering takeout within a close distance from the venue.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, with a beautiful room and great amenities. The location was convenient, close to tram systems for easy transportation, and the staff treated us with exceptional service, always friendly and accommodating.

More breakfast choices would have been ideal to cater to all dietary preferences.

Staff at Reception were welcoming and informative. Breakfast was promptly served despite the restaurant being very busy. Room was excellent, comfortable bed and large bathroom. Will stay again when visiting the Gold Coast.

The reef pool was amazing and free parking was very convenient since i rented a car
